quality control
We’re hands-on with our hops — literally. We walk our fields daily, using sight, touch, and smell to find the perfect harvest window for each variety. To back that up, we send samples to the lab to make sure we’re hitting our target alpha and beta oil levels, and we do our own dry-matter testing in-house to fine tune harvest timing.
Our facility is set up to handle it all, so we can deliver hops in whatever form brewers need — fresh hops, whole bulk hops, or T90 pellets — all packed with peak quality and freshness.
